	Linda Cone, an Illinois native, founded the Cone Team with husband, Marlin, in 1993. Her professional designations include CRP (Certified Relocation Professional), GRI (Graduate Real Estate Institute), LTG (Leadership Training Graduate), ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), CSP (Certified Sales Professional), RRC (Residential Relocation Certification),and Licensed REALTOR® in Missouri. She and Marlin have two sons & daughter-in-laws living in Houston & Seattle, six great grandchildren in Houston, and one in Seattle. 	Marlin Cone, an Iowa native, is co-founder of the Cone Team with his wife, Linda. His professional designations include ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) and he acts as broker for Real Property Teams of K.C., L.L.C. Marlin is also a licensed REALTOR® in Kansas and Missouri and graduated from Iowa State University with a B.S. in agricultural economics and Stanford University's The Executive Program for Small Business. Drawing from his corporate experience, Marlin is a leader in real estate in the K.C. area and is active in several committees that shape the industry.
	David Johnston, a native of Iowa, joined the Team in February 2002 as a buyer and listing specialist after leaving a freight-forwarding career. David lived in St. Petersburg and Moscow, Russia and Frankfurt, Germany where he met and married Svetlana, a native of St. Petersburg. David’s focus is working with first-time homebuyers and For Sale By Owners as well as assisting Linda, Ana and Marlin with resale and new home sales. He is a top producer by “new agent” standards.
	Ana Royal, a native of Germany, joined the Team in May 2001 as a buyer and listing specialist licensed in both Kansas and Missouri. Ana is married to Ray Staton and has one son and a granddaughter residing in Massachusetts. She is involved in her community and this commitment is reflected in her client relationships. Always listening and attending to every detail, Ana’s clients know from the start that they will be well represented.
